We ask that all appointments which cannot be kept be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancels or missed appointments will be charged for the scheduled service fee.
Coiffurium accepts Visa and MasterCard. However, we regret that we cannot add gratuities on credit cards. We also accept personal checks with proper ID. Checks returned due to insufficient funds will be subject to a $25 charge.
If you are unhappy with a service performed by one of the Coiffurium team members, please let us know within two weeks of the service. We will do anything we can to resolve the issue. Coiffurium does not issue refunds.
Coiffurium reserves the right to refuse any service which we feel may endanger the quality of your hair, skin, or nails.
Due to the nature of our business, we ask that children be properly supervised at all times.
If you are dissatisfied with any hair styling product that you have purchased, we will exchange it for another product within two weeks of date of purchase.The products must be no more than 1/4 empty.
