We ask that all appointments which cannot be kept be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. For those customers who consistently fail to give proper notice, we reserve the right to require prepayment for services scheduled.
Coiffurium accepts Visa and MasterCard. However, we regret that we cannot add gratuities on credit cards. We also accept personal checks with proper ID. Checks returned due to insufficient funds will be subject to a $25 charge.
First-time clients scheduling an appointment will be required to leave a credit card number. Appointments not cancelled 24 hours in advance will be charged for their scheduled services.
If you are unhappy with a service performed by one of the Coiffiruim team members, please let us know. We will do all within our power to resolve the issue. Coiffurium does not issue refunds.
Coiffurium reserves the right to refuse any service which we feel may endanger the quality of your hair, skin, or nails.
Due to the nature of our business, we ask that children be properly supervised at all times.
We accept returned products for a 25% restocking fee. The balance may be used towards salon credit. The products must be no more than 1/4 empty.
