Mask Policies

Masks are now optional for fully vaccinated clients and staff. For our continued safety, we kindly ask unvaccinated guests to please wear a mask. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we ease out of the pandemic together.


Cancellations and Missed Appointments

We ask that all appointments that cannot be kept be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancels or missed appointments will be charged for the scheduled service fee. 




Coiffurium requires a $50 deposit to reserve appointments such as, Balayage, Highlights, Bleach & Tone, Corrective Color, Straightening or Perming, and Hair Extensions. Due to the amount of time needed for these appointments, any cancellations or changes must be done 72hrs prior to the appointment. If 72 hrs is given, the deposit can be returned to the client or can be applied to a rescheduled appointment. If less than 72 hrs is given, the client will forfeit their deposit. 



 Coiffurium accepts Visa, MasterCard and Discover for service fees, but regrets that we cannot add gratuities on credit cards. We will accept personal checks with proper identification. Checks returned due to insufficient funds will be subject to a $25 charge.


Coiffurium reserves the right to refuse any service which we feel may endanger the quality of your hair, skin, or nails.

Product or Service Dissatisfaction

If you are unhappy with a service performed by one of the Coiffurium team members, please let us know within two weeks of the service. We will do anything we can to resolve the issue. Coiffurium does not issue refunds.

If you are unsatisfied with any product purchased at Coiffurium, we will exchange it for another product within two weeks of the purchase date. The returned product must be not more than 1/4 empty.


Due to the nature of our business, we please ask that children in the salon are supervised at all times.
